"Stop Snitcing" Producer Claims New Path
Harvey Legree, who describes himself as an ex-drug dealer, produced a stop snitching DVD in 2005. Today he wants to create a different movie in Coatesville that depicts two guys who go to jail. One character goes back into the criminal lifestyle after jail and ultimately dies in the end. The second character turns his life around after jail and fulfills his dream of becoming successful. The movie is intended to show what life on the streets is like, Legree said. It's supposed to be positive and will take a different direction than the stop snitching moving, he said.
The stop snitching DVD, "The Sequel," started circulating in Coatesville roughly two years ago. The movie shows drugs and guns and attempts to intimidate people from telling authorities what they know about crimes. The stop snitching campaign is national and puts up road blocks for law enforcement officials nationwide.

Is this Legree related to Richard Legree? Why would we allow someone who made a stop snitching movie to make another movie in the city? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE!?

Yes he is related to Rich, and at last night's meeting Ms. Ray admitted that she is related to the Legree family also.

I am so sickened by the circus that has been created by Campos, Legree, et all that I can't put it into words. They ok the idiot who "produced" a stop snitching movie who happens to be related to alleged drug king pin Legree Jr, Daddy Dearest Legree Sr and the not so reverend Ray to make another movie. Supposedly he has changed. A tiger can't change its strips. We'll see. So what is this so-called movie about? How to ruin a city in 4 short years? How to put puppets in all of the right places? Ugh, disgust doesn't even begin to explain how I feel.
The movie is about drug dealing and what may or may not happen to you. Nothing like using your expertise in a field you already know about! Hopefully it (the movie) makes a positive statement.
That this person is making a movie and utilizing City resources is wrong. Additionally, that Patsy Ray is related to the legree family should come as no surprise...she should be put behind bars for conspiring to place a "former" drug dealing member of her family ( Richard Legree) on the Police Force ( and eliminating another cop's position) and having made it a condition of the new Chief's employment...... and he took the bait.....dirty, dirty dirty up and down the line... None of you has one iota of decency or know what you are doing. You will be replaced by the good people of Coatesville....every last one of you.
