This was an absolute waste of 30 seconds. She has no clue as to what is going on, and should leave news like this to the adults.
The only way to describe this is deer in the headlights.
Give her a break...I would like to see you do a better job. She shows her face you can't even state your name...
Hey Olivia give me a break she's paid to do that. And i could do a better job. And it doesnt matter if our names are posted or not! This site asked for "comments". Thats what you see here. And who knows if your name is really olivia or not! Get the point!
At least she was there to cover the damn event! Where was the superstar reporter! Thank God you guys have calmed down with the Den Around Town bit ~ that was lame!
Laurie, you do a good job. Keep it up.Sad little men that post some of the bad things dont have nothing better to do.Reminds me of a chicken .Maybe they should cook.Laurie you are doing a wonderfull job!
If you read The Phoenix the last two days, you'd know the superstar reporter was there, and gave more information than the little girl who just stood there. You want lame - check out her silly "Man On The Street" segments.
Hum rumor has "Superstar" was on scene for multiply hours to tell us what NOTHING!
Where was "Superstar" during the video taping, I don't remember seeing him there at least Laurie made the attempt maybe not the best but at least she was out doing her job and bring us the news Keep up the good work Laurie I am enjoying your work
As for "Superstar" find something new to write about besides "Boywonder & Special Someone" its old and we are sick of hearing about them, and I have to agree thank goodness someone there at The Phoenix got smart and stopped doing those lame "Den Around Town" video's. they were almost as bad as the year we had to read over and over about his being hit on Bridge St.
Maybe "Superstar" should take some pointers from the Young Pups!
Josie - perhaps you should spend more time paying attention than talking out your bottom. Dennis managed to get four stories from that fire, while young pup showed up for 1 minute and ran off. Even you could've showed up and done that, perhaps just as badly, so what does that say about young pup.
As far as what he writes about, along with the "Den Around Towns", a helluva lot more people appreciate it so it doesn't matter if you like it or not. Check out how many people have viewed his videos. You don't have to though - just sit around and swill in your negativity. You are one of the main reasons this town will never go anywhere.
I'm curious as to the venom directed at someone just trying to do her job. And the comment about leaving "news like this to the adults" is a sad commentary on lack of respect for people. I believe she is an adult, albeit a young adult. Is that a crime? Obviously there is a Dennis fan who feels some sort of competition from the young pup. I thought this is a newspaper/news online and they work together for the same goal which is getting the news and entertainment to us? If you don't like a particular reporter-don't read/listen to them. Why attack them?
I agree, she is a young adult, who is learning while she works. And not doing a bad job. She good , and will get better , as time goes on.These sad little men who have nothing nice to say, well sounds like they are chicken .Or mayube they cook chicken. Keep up the good work ,all of the reporters! And to the sad little men ,GROW UP!
I agree with if you dont like what they are writing then dont read or listen.
And The Phoenix is coming along very well in the past few weeks, so keep up the good work everyone.
I think some of you so called men need some anger management classes. I love the nickname for Den Around Town-Superstar. What would Phoenixville do without their Superstar reporter?! A.K.A. Hollywood!
