Mayors' Sweet Rides
Ed, I am just reading about the new Ford Crown Victoria that the mayor of Hamilton got. Mayor Palmer has a new Lincoln Towncar. People are saying, well it’s just a normal thing. Well it’s not normal. That is a bunch of garbage. They shouldn’t have anything anymore, especially Palmer, who is out hat-in-hand begging for money and closing the libraries. These guys are supposed to lead by example. They ought to dump these cars and suffer like the rest of us. Times are tough and people are starving.

Palmer's out begging alright. First Hillary. Remember his comment "you don't vote for a person just because their black". Subsequently Hillary lost. Suddenly, Palmer was behind Bill Clinton all the way to Africa. Learned alot,regarding HIV and AIDS programs. He proposed some initiatives he wanted to put in place here in the city regarding the disease. Bill Clinton saw through him and sent him home. Fast forward, Palmer was so proud of Obama at the Conference of Mayors meeting. He was so supportive and overjoyed about Obamas success. He never stopped smiling.
Now supposedly he may be online to receive an appointment in Obamas administration. Well let's hope Obamas Administration "doesn't vote for a person just because their black.
