Curfews
Ed, speaking of curfews in Trenton. I think it is a disgrace that 10-year-old children can be out in the streets until midnight when they should be in bed by 10 o’clock. I see them almost every night. Maybe DYFS should be called.

Maybe if you're that worried, you should call DYFS.
Yes Call DYFS don't wait for something to happen. And Trenton does have a curfew in some areas. LoL I know what good is that? But it's not inforced and it should be.
If they did inforce it things would be a lot better exspecially in the summer.
