At Monday's East Marlborough Township meeting, Officer Robert C. Clarke, Jr. was promoted to Lieutenant of the East Marlborough Police Department and was sworn in by Supervisor Cuyler Walker.

Absolutely, Congrats to the New LT. They don't get much better than him... except for maybe the Chief! :-)
I also want to give a big congrats to the East Marlborough Twp Administration. It was a big jump for them starting their own PD but they have shown what can happen when they use good judgement and some common sense. The people of East Marlborough should be proud of their local government and their PD!
