Hi, Ed, I’d like to comment on the 911 situation in Hamilton. These callers are 100 percent correct. The woman who answers 911, also the gentleman who works there, or if you dial the regular number for Hamilton Police,they have no experience whatsoever. Chief Collins needs to look into these dispatchers, send them for training, crack down, because they are rude, ignorant and don’t care what your problem is. They act like you’re bothering them. They’re always “busy,” or it’s their lunch time. Chief Collins and Mayor Bencivengo need to revamp the 911 system like Trenton PD.
