First Round update

The first game at Hempfield on Wednesday night at 6 p.m. is a Girls AAA game between Lancaster Mennonite and Eastern.

I saw both teams earlier this year. Lancaster Mennonite is a very good team and comes into the game off a tough L-L League final loss to Hempfield. I thought Mennonite was extremely rough mainly because they play like guys.

Eastern wasn't bad when I saw them at the beginning of the season. They lost in the first round of the York-Adams playoffs.

I don't expect Hanover to bring many fans. But there could be some carry over from that first game.
