City Council is slated to vote on the 2009 budget at its meeting this Monday. Word is it's still undergoing revisions as I write this, but the latest info released from the city included this: 2009Expenses.pdf

Well, I assume there will be mixed feelings, but the rumors are true, I am back on the Coatesville beat. (I'm also still the police reporter for the entire county.)
