City Council will hold a special meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday to discuss the proposed 2009 budget and possibly vote on it. It will follow the Redevelopment Authority meeting.

A funeral is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 209 W. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville. Family and friends may call from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church. Interment will be in St. Stanislaus Kostka Cemetery, Coatesville. In her memory, contributions may be made to St. Stanislaus Kostka Church at the above address or Pope John Paul II Catholic School, 2875 Manor Road, West Brandywine, PA 19320.

Likely the arsons will come up tonight, too. Meeting starts at 7:30 p.m.
